TEAM
" Come together as a team to achieve a common goal."
I require a team comprised of individuals I can rely on in their area of expertise, individuals with whom I share a sense of comfort and mutual understanding of my methods and approach.
PROBLEM SOLVING
" The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues."
Finding solutions to any problem, big or small is a tool I believe creatives should have. For me, in order to problem solve I have to know my end goal, understand the operation & know whats in the tool box.
PREPARATION
"Something done to get ready for an event or undertaking."
Being prepared requires time, experiences and adequate communication of information and expectations. This should inform you of the tools / equipment you need to succeed.
SYSTEM
" A set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or an interconnecting network."
A efficient system keeps everything and everyone on the same track. It will reduce over thinking and mistakes along the way. Get to the finish line with little to no hiccups.

Garren is a Jamaican-American photographer based in New York City, specializing in capturing the essence of beauty, lifestyle, and editorial subjects. His expertise lies in mastering light, whether in the controlled setting of a studio or out on location.
EDWARD PAGES
Edward is a photographer who's studied cinematography, fine art and fashion photography. He specializes in Digital Tech work on photo-shoots supporting fast paced, high volume digital sets creating an organized catalog and flow providing photography assets across digital and print, ensuring smooth photography operations.
JORDYN KATZ
Jordyn Katz is a visual storyteller who works with photography, 3D environmental design, and motion. Her ability to utilize different software and adapt quickly to change allows Jordyn to embrace the rapid digital and physical merge and create art that lives organically in both worlds.

Ask all the questions even if it comes up last minute. Even if you think it should be obvious.
Every time I had to communicate something I felt like I was being annoying but I had to remind myself that I HAD TO COMMUNICATE all of my questions and needs in order for this to be successful.
Clarity is the pathway to intentional direction and execution.

Views Within The Portrait Room by Garren Pryce
The process makes the outcome far more rewarding.
Throughout my years in photography, I've worked on sets ranging from simple setups with just one camera to complex productions involving over 50 individuals. I prioritize equipping myself and my team with the necessary tools for success.
Delivering 40 to 70 retouched portraits within a few hours demanded a collaborative effort beyond my own capabilities however I was prepared and ready to lead.
My preparation and team support allowed me to mentally and emotionally prepare myself to focus on my role, being the photographer.
